Over the past decade, our country’s home decoration and building materials industry has experienced a golden age. Benefiting significantly from the rapid growth of the real estate sector, demand for doors and windows products has consistently outpaced supply. However, in the past two years, as the real estate market has cooled down and was further shaken by the unexpected global pandemic in 2020, many door and window companies have hit a growth bottleneck. Some businesses have even seen their operations shrink dramatically, accelerating an early "reshuffling" within the industry. Meanwhile, leading and mid-sized enterprises are now showcasing their distinct advantages, presenting both new opportunities and challenges as they vie for a larger share of the market.

At this very moment, the FBC 2020 Doors, Windows & Curtain Wall Exhibition, held from October 29 to November 2, serves as a much-needed boost, playing a vital role in accelerating the recovery of China's domestic economy and the doors, windows, and curtain wall industry. At the same time, it instills greater confidence among consumers while creating valuable opportunities for more mid-tier companies to rise on the industry stage. Meanwhile, Tencent Home’s reporting team visited the WARRENWarren showroom, home to the Beijing Warren Door and Window Co., Ltd. brand, during the exhibition.

Deeply rooted in the system doors and windows sector, leveraging product quality to drive the market.

As a crucial element in showcasing the brand image, Warren Doors and Windows showroom features a modern, minimalist, and experiential design concept for its facade. The color palette predominantly incorporates sophisticated, deep hues that evoke elegance and sophistication, seamlessly blending with contemporary lifestyle aesthetics to highlight the showroom’s sleek, modern, and light-luxury home decor style. At the same time, carefully curated soft furnishings and spatial arrangements are thoughtfully integrated to differentiate the product lineup, transforming each door and window not just into functional elements, but into versatile, creative, and adaptable components that unlock endless possibilities within any living space.

However, whether door and window companies can unlock future markets ultimately depends on the quality of their products. Warren Doors & Windows has been deeply rooted in the system window sector for nearly 20 years. As everyone knows, true system windows represent a flawless, organic integration of performance features—carefully balancing water tightness, air tightness, wind resistance, mechanical strength, thermal insulation, soundproofing, anti-theft capabilities, sun shading, weather resistance, and ease of operation. Moreover, achieving high performance also requires considering the combined outcomes of each component, including equipment, profiles, accessories, glass, adhesives, and sealing materials. Only then can top-tier system windows be delivered to customers.

Currently, most brands on the market are essentially "latecomers," leveraging the label of "system windows and doors" to meet the strong consumer demand of today. Unlike these no-name, unregulated companies, Warren Windows and Doors has, by now, established stores in over a hundred cities across China. Its Shandong-based production facility spans 35,000 square meters and features a fully automated horizontal spray-coating production line. Moreover, Warren boasts its own dedicated window and door performance testing center, complete with a 12-level storm simulation system that rigorously evaluates both the durability and longevity of its products under extreme environmental conditions—significantly enhancing both quality and value.

The on-site exhibits, as always, align perfectly with Warren Doors and Windows' traditional product market positioning—targeting primarily mid-to-high-end consumers and offering solutions that are widely suited for apartments, office buildings, and villa projects.

For example, the 118 external sliding window features fully concealed, motorized operation with hardware integration, paired with an electric multi-point locking system for secure closure. It delivers exceptional performance in terms of high water tightness, superior sound insulation, and outstanding energy efficiency. Additionally, its design incorporates a premium hidden screen and integrated shading fabric, offering both effective ventilation and reliable sun protection—perfectly addressing today’s market demands. Meanwhile, the PV30 panoramic sliding door perfectly caters to modern consumers’ desire for expansive, unobstructed views. Featuring an ultra-narrow frame design, this door is not only easy to operate but also built to be sturdy, long-lasting, and highly secure, making it the ideal choice for upscale, high-end homes.

Accelerate expansion, accelerate store upgrades

In recent years, a growing number of eco-friendly and energy-efficient window and door products have emerged. The green development direction adopted by these products aligns perfectly with both consumer interests in the market and the industry’s drive toward sustainable growth. To this end, Warren has designed its entire product line with energy efficiency as the top priority, tailored specifically to meet diverse climate conditions. On-site, a dealer from Warren Windows and Doors noted that despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, sales of their windows and doors at his store continued to rise steadily—precisely because Warren products better cater to current market trends and evolving consumer needs.

To better serve consumers, Warren Doors & Windows CEO Xiao-Na Che shared with Tencent Home that the company will now accelerate its expansion along two key dimensions. First, following its successful setup in Shandong, Warren will establish another smart production line in Southern China—specifically designed to strengthen its presence in the thriving southern market and empower its dealers. Second, Warren plans to collaborate with renowned designers to create a multi-dimensional, holistic brand image for its doors and windows at the retail level. This initiative will involve a comprehensive upgrade of its more than 300 existing experience stores, enhancing the overall consumer experience while simultaneously elevating Warren’s brand identity and value in the eyes of customers.
