I. Instructions for Use and Maintenance of Doors and Windows:
1 , Instructions for using doors and windows:
1 ) Always ensure the handle is fully rotated into place with each operation;
2 ) When opening or closing, ensure the window or door panel is tightly aligned with the frame before turning the handle to operate;
3 ) When doors and windows are not fully closed in the open position, do not directly turn the handle to lock, tilt-in, or any other position. If the handle fails to return to its proper position, avoid forcing it with excessive pressure.
4 ) During inclement weather such as wind, rain, snow, or hail, please promptly close or tilt your doors and windows inward to prevent damage.
5 ) Please contact a professional window and door installer if you need to disassemble or reassemble certain components.
2 • Daily maintenance of doors and windows:
● The newly installed doors and windows still have waterproof sealant that hasn’t fully dried yet, 48 Do not touch the waterproof sealant within the next hour; cleaning the windows is not recommended—please ensure proper ventilation.
● The surfaces of doors and windows must not come into contact with volatile chemicals, alkaline or acidic solutions, nor should they be subjected to impacts or scratches from hard objects like metal.
● When the glass or exterior surfaces of doors and windows are stained, they should be wiped clean with plain water or a specialized cleaning agent. During cleaning, ensure that soft, gentle cleaning tools are used to avoid any hard objects or dust particles from colliding with or scratching the glass.
● The drain outlet must remain clear at all times and should never be blocked by foreign objects.
● Keep the profile groove beneath the fan opening clean and free, minimizing the risk of debris like pebbles from falling in.
● There should be no debris inside the tracks of folding and sliding doors.
● It is not recommended to hang or place heavy objects at any location on doors or windows.
II. Product Warranty
1 • The product comes with a two-year warranty (excluding surface wear, which is not covered). During the warranty period, Warren will provide free repairs for any defects in the product’s own quality. However, if the damage is caused by improper use by the customer or other reasons beyond our control, Warren will charge a reasonable fee to cover the repair costs.
2 • Repairs performed without authorization from Warren Company, misuse, collisions, negligence, abuse, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized disassembly—whether resulting from failure to follow the product’s usage instructions, improper maintenance, or inadequate storage—as well as damage caused by force majeure events, and any instances where the model number or installation address on the warranty certificate has been altered or tampered with compared to the actual product model or installation location—will all be excluded from warranty coverage.
3 , screen mesh, glass, and similar items are considered consumables and are not covered under warranty;
4 During the product warranty period, if personal injury or property damage occurs due to the user’s improper maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized disassembly, the user shall be solely responsible for compensation. After the warranty expires, the user remains fully responsible for the upkeep and management of their own property; should the product cause any personal injury or property loss, the user will bear full responsibility.
