Step 2: After cleaning thoroughly, wipe dry with a dry cloth.
If you're worried about the towel shedding fibers, you can also use newspaper or paper towels as a substitute to promptly wipe away water spots from the glass.
Bathroom glass door
Many households opt for glass doors to separate the wet and dry areas in their bathrooms—it’s both stylish and functional. But after every shower, it’s easy for shower gel, shampoo, and toothpaste to splash onto the glass door, leaving behind stubborn stains that are tough to remove completely.
Method 1: Lemon/White Vinegar + Salt
Cutting a lemon and sprinkling it with table salt can quickly remove limescale from glass doors. Alternatively, you can use white vinegar instead of lemon—simply mix white vinegar with salt, then scrub the limescale off the glass door with a brush.
Method Two: Soapy Water
Melt a small piece of soap in warm water, dip a sponge into the solution, and use it to scrub the glass door thoroughly. Then, rinse with warm water one more time. This not only removes limescale but also effectively prevents fogging.
Method Three: Toilet Cleaner
Sprinkle a small amount of toilet cleaner on the bathroom's glass door, then put on rubber gloves and clean it directly.
Method Four: Hydrogen Peroxide
Buy a bottle of medical-grade hydrogen peroxide at the pharmacy, mix a few drops with water, pour the solution into a spray bottle, and mist it onto the glass door. Let it sit for a few minutes, then wipe clean with a soft, dry towel. If the stains are particularly stubborn, repeat the process 2 to 3 times.
