Lubrication accessories
To ensure smooth operation, the hinges must be kept clean—remove any dust and sand—and lubricated regularly. It’s recommended to apply oil once a year, depending on the local environmental conditions.
Clean the drainage board
In areas with heavy windblown sand and roofs that accumulate many fallen leaves, it’s essential to annually clear away dead leaves and debris around the window drainage boards to ensure smooth rainwater runoff.
Maintaining the wooden frame
The skylight has been treated with anti-corrosion, termite-resistant, and eco-friendly varnish. To ensure optimal performance, it’s recommended to apply a protective treatment—such as painting—on the wooden frame within six months after installation.
