Currently, Warren operates roughly 300 stores across China, reaching as far as cities like Shenzhen, Sanya, and Hainan—but the majority of its locations remain concentrated in East China regions such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. Targeting the mid-to-high-end market segment, Warren plans to further accelerate its expansion into economically vibrant areas, as well as southern regions where consumer acceptance is particularly strong.
In Che Xiaona's view, Warren Doors and Windows' nationwide expansion has two key advantages: first, its consistently reliable product quality, and second, its rapidly replicable store model. Recently, Warren partnered with Taiwan’s visionary designer Shao Weiyan to revamp the brand’s SI (store image) and VI (visual identity) systems, further enhancing the in-store experience—and enabling new stores to be quickly replicated and rolled out across the country.

Capacity support, expanding markets at close range
Product quality and brand stores determine consumer choices, but the ability to deliver excellent customer service hinges more heavily on factory factors—after all, these influence critical aspects like the product’s production cycle and delivery timeline, both of which directly impact consumer satisfaction.
Warren boasts a production facility spanning over 20,000 square meters in Beijing, equipped with cutting-edge German machinery and technology—but its current capacity still falls short of meeting today’s market demand. To address this, Warren Doors and Windows is planning production facilities in Guangdong and other regions. On one hand, this will reduce the transportation radius, significantly cutting the original 5-day delivery time and enabling us to better serve customers and distributors in Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, Hunan, and other regions. On the other hand, the planned factory—initially covering over 30,000 square meters—is expected to expand its production capacity to at least 100,000 square meters. As we continue developing services for our customers, we’ll also steadily increase capacity further down the line.
Che Xiaona told us that Warren's production base is primarily planned according to its capacity. She added, "As Warren's service radius continues to expand, and with increasingly convenient integrated services like transportation, our customer base will grow even larger. Once the regional scale becomes robust enough to support factory production, we’ll begin building additional branch plants one after another." In the future, once Guangzhou's factory reaches a production capacity of 200,000 square meters, Che Xiaona plans to build another branch plant in the Southwest region within three years, further enhancing service to local dealers and customers.
